Delores Maxine Wise Reed Vanoy passed away on Wednesday July 12, 2023.
She was born on August 25, 1928 in Hardscrabble IN one of eight children to Leslie and Helen Wise. She attended Lapel High School and resided in the Anderson, Chesterfield IN area. She was employed at General Motors Guide Lamp for 30 years. After retirement she and her second husband moved to Tavares FL.
She is survived by her two children Cynthia Wells and Gregory (Mary) Reed; four grandchildren Kevin Reed, Derek (CJ) Reed, Stephanie (Thorn) Butler, Ryan (Mandi) Wells; eight grandchildren; one great great grandchild and her special friend Robert Hughes. She was predeceased by her first husband William Reed and second husband Alvin Vanoy.
She was an avid dog lover and enjoyed boating on the chain of lakes in Tavares.
