A fifth resident of a long-term care facility in Leesburg has died of COVID-19.
All of the fatalities have been at the South Campus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located at 715 E. Dixie Ave. The other four were reported last month.
South Campus Care Center also reported active COVID-19 cases on Monday that include 19 residents and one employee.
