Deputies responded to 2308 Myer Avenue to assist the Leesburg Fire Department and Lake County Fire Rescue with a woman, later identified as 57-year-old Stephanie Lynn Bray, around 11:07 a.m. Nov. 29, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Bray was inside of a building which was actively on fire and refused to leave so that the fire could be extinguished. When the deputies arrived, she was still inside the structure. She eventually walked out to the roadway for EMS to speak with her, the report said.

Deputies were then able to identify Bray. It was discovered she had been previously trespassed from the location as well as arrested for trespassing on Nov. 13. In that case, Bray climbed through the back window of the building and tried to hide from law enforcement.

Bray was subsequently arrested for trespassing after warning. She was transported to the Lake County Jail with bond set at $1,000.

The Pennsylvania native was also arrested in October for leaving Walmart in stolen shoes she swapped with her own footwear.
