Loyal Oscar Watts of Eustis, Florida passed away on Wednesday November 29, 2023, at the age of 90.
He was born on December 8, 1932, in Scott County, Arkansas to his parents Harmon and Mattie Inez Wilkinson Watts. Loyal worked as a Patent Agent Manager for Caterpillar, and retired in the 1990’s. He moved to Eustis, Florida in 1996 from Mapleton, Illinois. He has been the president of 2 different golf clubs from Timberlake Golf in Illinois, and Mount Dora Golf Club. Besides golf he enjoyed bowling and coaching little league in Eustis, Florida.
Loyal is preceded in death by his wife Jane Watts; parents Harmon and Mattie Watts; siblings Audrey Kuhn, Truel Watts, and Jodie Watts.
Loyal is survived by his children Richard (Alma) Watts, Charlie (Linda) Watts, and Cynthia (Steve) Earls; grandchildren Christopher, Amy, Jason, Nicole, Sarah, Nathan, Aaron, and Ethan; numerous great and great, great grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday December 16, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery starting at 11:00 AM.
