Gary Lee Ivers – age 84 of Zellwood, FL passed away October 3, 2023. Born in Fayette County, Ohio to Harold and Carol (Shelton) Ivers, both deceased. Gary was predeceased by his brother, Eddie (Nancy). Gary farmed, sold farming equipment and was in the propane business for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Judith A. (Preston) Ivers of 35 years. They reside in Zellwood Station, Zellwood, FL, moving from Indian Lake Estates, FL, in 2023. Gary is also survived by five children, Candy (Gary) Fisher, Debbie (Todd) Harrison, Holly (Pete) Hancock, Rachel (Matt Nero) Ivers, Sam Ivers, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Gary is survived by two step-children, Jodi (Richard) Dinnan and Michael (Vicki) Coppock, along with six step-grandchildren and six step-great grandchildren.

Gary was a member of River Ranch Chapel, the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Antioch Temple. He served in the Air National Guard from 1961 – 1962. A memorial service will be held at River Ranch Chapel on Friday, October 20, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ray Duncan and Michael Coppock officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to River Ranch Chapel (3200 River Ranch Blvd. River Ranch, FL 33867).
