Leesburg Bikefest kicks off in downtown with concerts, brews, bikes

Thousands of bikers flooded downtown Leesburg on Friday afternoon for the first day of the 2024 Leesburg Bikefest.

Motorcycles were lined up and down Main Street for the annual festival, which takes place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all throughout downtown Leesburg.

Merchants selling everything from motorcycle vest patches to helmets, riding gear, jackets, and other bike-themed items were situated all around the streets of downtown Leesburg for the event.

In addition to the merchants and food vendors, the event will feature performances by multiple music artists on two separate stages.

That includes the Progressive Budweiser Main Stage, which kicked off with a performance from Harrison Davis on Friday. Over the three-day festival, that stage will feature performances from Lo Cash, Sugar Ray, and Frankie Ballard.

Additional acts will perform on the Gator Harley Stage, which is on Market Street. Those acts include Steven Cardwell & The Neon Drifters, Soundscaper, and Liquid Spiral, among several others.

Main Street in downtown Leesburg is restricted to motorcycle traffic for the three-day Leesburg Bikefest, which kicked off on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Only motorcycles are allowed along most of Main Street during the event, with multiple parking restrictions in effect throughout the downtown area.

Leesburg Bikefest continues on Saturday and Sunday.
