Oscar Eddie Lee Phillips, 40, of Altoona, Florida, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023.
Born in Eustis, Florida, he has been a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed working on old cars and fixing things.
Oscar is survived by his 2 sons, Dane Cole of Tavares, FL, James Franklin of Tavares, FL; father, Eddie L. Phillips of Altoona, FL; sister, Mary Phillips of Altoona, FL; 3 stepsisters, Vickie Pollak of Paisley, FL, Joy Ellen Arroyo of Altoona, FL, Tracey Wimberly of Umatilla, FL; stepbrother, Donald Keach, Jr. of Altoona, FL; and by numerous extended family and friends.
