Alexandra Dimitrivna Enikeeva, age 81, passed away peacefully during the night on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, in her home where she lived with her husband, Joseph Galeivich Enikeev, and was cared for by her daughter, Alevtina Josephovna Pawliczak and son-in-law, Shawn Albert Pawliczak.

Alexandra was born on December 16th, 1941, in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, in the former USSR, to Ekaterina Mihaelvna Kuznitsova and Dimitry Michielovich Pankov, and was one of six children. She graduated Kazan State University and married Joseph on February 12th, 1966.

She worked as a social worker for troubled teenagers, as a teacher, and as an Assistant Principal. Alexandra loved to help others and was active in her church and community. In 1996, with the help of her son, Vadim Enikeev, she immigrated to Mt. Dora, Florida, with her husband, daughter, and grand daughter.

Alexandra has 2 children, 6 grand children, and 1 great grand son. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joseph Enikeev, brothers Nicolai and Genady Pankov; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family, friends, and those whose lives Alexandra touched are invited to St. Thomas Episcopal Church located at 600 E. Lemon Ave., Eustis, FL., on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.to grieve, support each other, and say goodbye. Her final resting place will be at Pine Forest Cemetery located at 1801 N. Donnelly St, Mt. Dora, FL., 32757.
