The Lake County legislative delegation has scheduled a meeting on Aug. 22 to gather input from local residents. The meeting will start at 9 a.m. at the Venetian Center, 1 Dozier Circle in Leesburg.
The delegation consists of state Sen. Dennis Baxley and state representatives Keith Truenow, Taylor Yarkosky and Stan McClain.
Truenow, a Tavares Republican, is hoping to succeed Baxley in Senate District 13.
