James Henry Johns, Jr., 84, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
Born in Tavares, Florida, he graduated from Tavares High School class of 1957 and was a lifelong resident. He retired from Florida Power as a foreman. James was a car enthusiast and was a member of several classic car clubs.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Karen P. Johns, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, Ronnie (Maureen) Johns, Eustis, FL, Tom (Kim) Johns, Nokesville, VA; daughter, Brenda Johns (Bert) Norris, Eustis, FL; sister, Juanita Stone, Tavares, FL; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Tavares Cemetery, Tavares on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
