A Leesburg woman with eight previous driving while license suspended convictions has been arrested again.
Geraldine Bryant, 64, was driving a red car Saturday night on Orange Avenue in Eustis when a police officer noticed the car’s tag light was not working.
When the officer stopped Bryant, she informed him that her license had been suspended for non-payment of child support. When the officer requested a records check, it revealed eight previous driving while license suspended convictions. They extended from 2009 to April of this year. She also was convicted on felony theft charges in 2016.
She was booked at the Lake County Jail on a felony charge of driving while license suspended. She was released after posting bond.
