Amy Lynn Smith, 39, of Leesburg, FL, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2021 with her loving family by her side. She was born on Nov 13th 1981. Â Amy was a loving mother, wife and daughter. Â She is survived by her husband of 6 years: Otis Smith. Children: Dalton Garrett; Raina Smith and Grady Smith. Parents: Carmi and Sandra Garrett. Sister: Christina Garrett.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Victory Baptist Church, 1309 N County Road 452, Eustis, FL on Saturday November 13, 2021, 12:00 pm.
