A habitual traffic offender was jailed without bond after he was caught back behind the wheel in Leesburg.
Isaiah Jordan Bechard, 23, of Leesburg, was driving a silver Saturn at 11:15 a.m. Saturday on Picciola Road when a Lake County sheriff’s deputy noticed Bechard was not wearing a seat belt.
A check revealed that Bechard has been classified as a habitual traffic offender and has three prior convictions for driving while license suspended.
He was taken into custody and booked at the Lake County Jail.
