The Lake CARES Small Business Assistance Grant Program will launch Monday, Aug. 17, with the application portal opening at noon.
At that time, eligible small businesses and non-profit organizations can visit https://www.elevatelake.com/reopen#cares and click on the “Start Here” tab under the Businesses program to start the application process or review eligibility criteria and required documentation.
If a business has pre-registered, participants can sign into their Submittable account at https://elevatelake-lakecares.submittable.com/login and choose the appropriate For-Profit or Non-Profit application. If not, they can follow the directions below:

Complete the appropriate Lake CARES Small Business Assistance Grant Program Application;
Step-by-step instructions and eligibility criteria will be available at http://www.ReopenLake.com to help guide applicants through the process.
The Lake CARES Act Helpline is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (352) 268-9299to answer questions applicants may have. Applicants may also email grant@elevatelake.com with questions about the program and someone from the Grant Administrative Team will respond to all inquiries.
