Roger Howard Williams, 84, passed away on April 13, 2024, in Leesburg, FL. He was born on October 18, 1939, in New Berlin, NY.

Roger was a devoted husband to his former wife, Catherine (Saur) Williams, until her passing in 2021. Roger’s love for his family was unmatched, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He was known for his friendliness, kindness, and patience. He loved to be outdoors, even in the Florida heat, and could always be found sitting on his beloved screened porch or working in his yard.

In his career, Roger worked at Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals, later acquired by Procter and Gamble, as a systems analyst. He was a graduate of New Berlin Central High School and pursued higher education in college.

Roger was an avid bowler and golfer his entire life. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, tending to his yard and garden. He also had a passion for camping with his family in his younger years.

Roger is survived by his daughter, Susan Remson (husband Stan Remson), daughters-in-law, Cathi Williams, and Regina Perry, siblings Barb Lilley, Richard Williams (Joann), and Debbie Beadle (Randy), several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and several friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine, daughter Catherine, son Timothy, father, William O. Williams, mother, Doris Williams, and siblings Sharon Hoffman, Carol Williams, and James Williams.
