Charles was born on August 11, 1958 to Genevieve and Charles Prevatt in Orlando, FL. Charles will be missed greatly by all that loved and knew him.
Charles is survived by his loving wife Tamara C. Prevatt, two children Charles and Kimberly and four grandchildren.
