The LifeStream Behavioral Center Board of Directors has announced a unanimous decision to appoint Rick Hankey, current interim president and CEO, to serve as the company’s president and Chief Executive Officer.

“Rick brings 25 years of experience, close to 15 of that here at LifeStream Behavioral Center. We are confident in his leadership and we are excited to see the new heights he takes our organization,” said Tim Morris, LifeStream Board of Directors chairman.

Hankey joined the LifeStream Behavioral Center team in 2009 as the chief hospital officer and most recently served as LifeStream’s executive vice president.

In May, Hankey was called to step in as the interim president and CEO after his predecessor’s retirement.

“Rick’s leadership over the past two months has been instrumental in our continued achievements. His community involvement in the counties we serve allows him a better view on ways LifeStream can serve our community,” Morris added.
