Lake-Sumter State College adjusting fees but holding line on tuition

Lake-Sumter State College is holding the line on tuition costs for the upcoming 2023-24 academic year, but the Leesburg-based school is making some adjustments to its course and laboratory fees.

In accordance with Florida Statutes 1009.23(20), LSSC is notifying the community of proposed changes in institutional student fees before their consideration at the District Board of Trustees of Lake-Sumter State College meeting at 5 p.m. May 17.

Fee modifications listed by course are available at this link: Fee Modifications Proposed for 2023-24. FIN_FY24_Proposed-Fee-Modifications

Lake-Sumter State College reviews student fees annually to ensure that fees accurately reflect the costs of services provided, but do not exceed the cost.  No tuition increases are being proposed this academic year, and tuition has not been increased for more than a decade.
