An unwelcome customer was arrested while placing an order at McDonald’s.

Dustin Page Dailey, 47, of Eustis, had previously been warned to stay out of the fast food restaurant when he was found at the counter at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday, attempting to place an order, according to an arrest report from the Eustis Police Department. He had been banned from the restaurant on March 28.

On officer noticed a lanyard around Dailey’s neck. There were a key and two flashlights hanging from the lanyard. One of the flashlights held a small plastic bag which contained a white powdery substance which tested positive for methamphetamine. Dailey began complaining of head pain and requested transport to a hospital. He was taken to AdventHealth Waterman for evaluation.

After he was medically cleared, he was arrested on charges of trespassing and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $4,000 bond.
