A Memorial Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, Oct. 29, for Beverly Ann “Tuttle” McCartney.

Beverly, of Leesburg, FL, and formerly of South Windsor, CT, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022. She was born March 31, 1939, in Manchester, CT to Burton John and Roberta Mary (nee Porterfield) Tuttle.

Beverly enjoyed playing golf, traveling in her RV and seeing new places, reading books, sewing and spending quality time with her family. She was a Certified Medical Assistant and a member of the American Association of Medical Assistants. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Robert Tuttle.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, John Anderson McCartney, daughter, Lori (Richard) Ivanicki; son, Scott (Sandra) McCartney; brother, Burton (Joye) Tuttle, Jr.; sister, Grace Taylor; grandchildren: Ashley McCartney, Kylie McCartney, Jon (Katie Kinnaird) McCartney, Benjamin (Ashley Rogers) McCartney; great-grandchildren: Eloise McCartney and Emmett McCartney and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home 410 Webster St. Wildwood, FL 34785. A Memorial Celebration of Life service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Pennbrooke Fairways Activity Center, 501 FL-44, Leesburg, FL 34748.
