Upon arrival, the officer approached Dubberly who was still asleep on the floor. He woke up, and his name was used for a record search. This showed he had been trespassed from the laundromat on Aug. 31, 2024, the report said.

Dubberly was arrested on charge of trespassing (property not structure or conveyance). He was transported to Lake County Jail with bond set at $1,000.

The Colorado native was also arrested in April 2024 for allegedly staring at a woman through her window.
