The Lake County Office of Parks and Trails will now manage all operations and maintenance responsibilities of Hickory Point Recreation Park at 27341 State Road 19 in Tavares, including the Hickory Point Pavilion, sand volleyball courts, volleyball field office building, and soccer fields.
Beginning June 10, those interested in renting the soccer fields, sand volleyball courts, or the volleyball field office building, should contact the Office of Parks and Trails directly. Rental requests for the Hickory Point Pavilion should be submitted to the Office of Parks and Trails immediately.
