Leesburg is getting ready for the start of Bikefest.
The public works department has strategically located barricades in the downtown area. Construction of three large stages for the musical acts is being completed.
Local merchants are putting up signs for the merchandise and services they will be providing.
Several large tents have been set up all through the downtown area and several food trucks are also staking out location in the downtown district.
Parking restrictions in the downtown area will be going into effect Friday afternoon. Only motorcycles will be allowed in certain areas after 5 p.m. that day.
Bikefest kicks off on Friday and continues through Sunday.
