To the Editor:
I have to give applause to Commissioner Jay Connell for try to stop the growth in Leesburg.
The roads are so crowded now with traffic backups on U.S. Hwy. 27 extending two to three miles daily.
It takes me 25 min to go three miles to get to Main Street.
Utilities are overtaxed, schools are overcrowded, roads are not being maintained. I live in Lake Harris Landing on county roads. They have not been resurfaced in 33 years. There are abundant potholes and the road is deteriorating.
Please stop the growth in Leesburg! The growth has ruined Leesburg.
