Joseph “Peter” Daily Jr., 50 years old, of Leesburg, passed away on December 12,2023.
Peter was born on August 26, 1973, to Joseph Peter Daily Sr. and Keiko Daily in Camden NJ. After graduating from Eustis High School in 1992, Peter continued working at Publix while training to become a Corrections Officer. He also attended Lake-Sumter Community College. After a couple of years as a Corrections Officer, Peter returned working at Publix, where he later became a Grocery Manager for several years.
Peter preceded in death by his mother Keiko Daily, stepmother Nancy Daily and beloved daughter Rebecca Madison Daily. Peter was survived by his father, Joseph “Joe” Peter Daily Sr, his children Joseph Peter Daily III, Garon Scott Daily and Garon’s wife Olivia Daily. Unborn grand-daughter Madie Deanne Daily. His sister Sharon Speights and her husband Earl Speights Jr. Stepsisters Linda Sherman and husband Ken Sherman. Mary Hanneman and husband George Hanneman. Nephews Christopher Bowman and James Colon. Nieces Lisa Compone and Nyva Speights.
Lastly, he is survived by his 2 beloved dogs Spike and Nipper.
Services will be held at First Christian Church in Leesburg on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 1pm. FlowerS may be delivered to the church.
