Robert “Bob” Rollman passed away on September 1, 2023 at the age of 95.
Originally from Mechanicsburg, PA, Bob’s 37-year career as a manufacturer’s engineer / plant manager for The American Can Company took him and his family to Puerto Rico, Nebraska, Minnesota, Hawaii and Indianna. Star quarterback of his high school team; Bob loved watching college football and was an avid Penn State fan.
Bob enjoyed an active retirement which included lots of golf and RVing throughout the continental U.S., Canada, and Mexico with his beloved wife of 68 years. Ultimately the two of them relocated to Leesburg, FL.
Bob is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Rollman of Leesburg, FL; his sons Troy Rollman of Rincon, Puerto Rico and Tom Rollman of Honolulu, HI; his daughter, Cathy Pizzo, of Bradenton, FL; and 3 grandsons, Nick Pizzo, Justin Pizzo and William (Nicole) Rollman. He is preceded in death by his sister, Irene Sternberg, his daughter, Carol Rollman, and his son, Greg Rollman.
A private celebration of life will be held in the future.
