Paul E. Harbeck, age 71, passed away peacefully at his home in Tavares, Fl surrounded by his loving wife and two children on June 7, 2023.

Born in St. Louis, Mo. On July 28, 1951. Paul and his family moved to Florida in 1960 and helped on the family’s ranch and grove for nearly 20 plus years. Paul was a faithful attendee of the First Baptist Church of Umatilla online.

Paul worked in the auto industry in different facets for over 30 years. His hobbies included drag racing, painting cars, freshwater tournament fishing, and saltwater fishing with his family. He just loved to fish!

Paul is proceeded in death by his parents Edward and Marilyn Harbeck, his sister Deborah Harbeck Radam and is survived by his wife of 47 years Kimberly Phipps Harbeck, his daughter Melissa Harbeck Pratt (Tim), His son Mason Paul Harbeck, his brother David J. Harbeck (Audrey), Tim Phipps (Teresa), Karla Phipps, multiple nieces, great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Celebration of Life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2245 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
