A Leesburg woman was arrested Monday with a stolen Florida driver’s license in her possession at Berry Park.

Amanda Doris Coulliette, 23, was spotted sitting on a bench at the closed park around 10:46 p.m. by a Leesburg police officer, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.

The officer spoke to Coulliette, who identified herself, and ran her name through dispatch. It was discovered that Coulliette had been issued a trespass warning from Berry Park in October 2022. She was also arrested for trespassing after a warning at the park in January of this year, the report said.

Additionally, the report stated the officer found a Florida driver’s license that did not match Coulliette’s name while conducting a search of her bag. A brief investigation revealed that the driver’s license matched the name of a theft victim. The driver’s license was among items stolen in that case.

Coulliette was then arrested and charged with trespass after a warning and possession of a stolen Florida driver’s license. She was transported to the Lake County Jail after completing the booking process with bond set at $3,000.

Coulliette has a previous criminal history. She was arrested for battering an elderly clerk while stealing liquor in May 2022. That same year in October, she was sentenced to jail for digging through trash at a Family Discount Mart.
