Marty L. O’Berry, 68, of Eustis, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3rd 2022.Born in Lansing MI, he was a lifelong resident of Eustis, since 1957. Going to schools Eustis Heights elementary, Eustis High School, he Graduated from Tampa’s Chamberlain high 1972.

Being outdoors, Marty was in his element and animals had a way of becoming a part of his life. He has taken care of many injured baby squirrels and birds, somehow animals knew he always had a big heart. Around the age of ten, he brought home three baby skunks in a bucket, and told his mom that were his pets now.

Being all together at family gatherings, there were many stories and memories told that would fill countless hours with laughter and his unique brand of humor. If he knew someone needed help, he was there to build, repair, demolish, offer a kind word, or a smile- he would get it done. That’s who Marty was.

Marty along with his parents, owned and operated Fla TV on Bay Street in Eustis, and even after closing, could always be counted on to be tinkering with some project.
