Frances L. Wojciechowski of Tavares, FL age 91 passed on July 14th. Originally from Toms River, NJ. Frances was a wonderful woman: known, loved and remembered by the many lives she touched.

She was a mom, a grandma and a great-grandma. Her lifetime was filled with many beautiful moments and memories. She met the love of her life, Stanley H. Wojciechowski, when he grabbed her hand while roller skating and he never let go. They spent 56 years together before Stanley passed in 2008. They were “Stan and Fran.” Their life together was spent involved with antique speed boats and sailboats and they were always by the water. Stanley sold his first boat to buy Frances her engagement ring.

Frances was a president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Toms River Yacht club in the 70’s in NJ. She loved to yard sale and flea market with her daughter and granddaughter. Her favorite hobby was looking for antiques – she loved the thrill of a great find! The love of thrifting and antiquing she passed on to her daughter and granddaughter.

A crafter at heart, she loved to sew and knit which is also a gift passed on to her daughter and granddaughter.

In 2000, Frances and her husband retired to Florida. Her home became a place filled with love. Her granddaughter lived with them and their door was always open to the many friends coming and going. She spent her days with Arielle and loved to take her sailing, diving and figure skating. She loved to watch Arielle figure skate at the RDV SportsPlex. Eventually, Arielle had two girls of her own and Frances became a great-grandma. She then enjoyed watching the girls play, swim and spend time with her.

She is survived by her only daughter, Suzanne F. Wojciechowski, granddaughter, Arielle F. Stankiewicz and her fiance, Narciso Morales, Great granddaughters, Athena R Morales and Aurora C. Morales and step-great granddaughter, Eden R. Morales.

We were blessed to be 4 generations of girls and so thankful that great grandma enjoyed so many memories with us. Such a beautiful life. She was loved and will be missed by all.
