Leesburg’s Engine 61 arrived and its firefighters quickly deployed a line to knock down the bulk of the flames. The crews then worked together to overhaul and mop up the fire scene, a report states.
Due to limited water supply options, tanker trucks from Lake County Fire Rescue also responded. No other mobile homes were involved in the fire but some did suffer heat damage, the report says.
No residents were injured but one firefighter suffered a minor injury. The blaze remains under investigation, according to the report.
