Gaynell Kendrick Boyd, 82, of Leesburg passed away August 8, 2020.
She was born in Center Hill, Fl on May 3, 1938. She is survived by sisters Betty Eady of Savannah, Ga and Ruby Padgett of Fruitland Park, Fl and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Ralph Boyd, parents Gary and Essie Kendrick, brothers, Newsome Kendrick and Roger Kendrick, and sister, Connie Bowen.
Gaynell lived most of her adult life in Savannah, Ga. She enjoyed her career as a legal secretary for many years with multiple law firms. She adored her husband, and they had many happy years together. She also loved her family very much, and they will miss her greatly.
Service will be held at Trinity Assembly of God, 200 Urick St., Fruitland Park on Monday, August 10 at 7pm with a visitation at 6pm. The service will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend at www.trinityaogfp.org/sermons. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
