Roy Wayne Fain

Roy Wayne Fain

Roy Wayne Fain went to be with the Lord on April 6th, 2023.

Roy was born in Kokomo, IN to his parents Stanley and Gertrude Fain. He would go on to serve his country in the National Guard and worked as a pressman for many years afterwards. Roy would marry the love of his life, Laura, in 1975 and would follow her back to Florida.

Sometimes obedient, sometimes stubborn but most of all he was loving. His family will always remember him for what a hard working me he was who very much enjoyed whatever sport would come on the TV, Laura going so far to comment that he would have wanted the TV to go with him. He was an avid breeder of roller pigeon and Koi fish.

Both Roy and Laura are members of First United Methodist Church of Mount Dora. Roy was also a loyal member of his local Masonic Lodge. Roy was an ordinary human. And a true believer.

Roy is survived by his loving wife, Laura; children, Curtis, Todd and John (Beth); and many friends.

Honey bun will be waiting at the bridge.
