Excitement builds as Leesburg Bikefest unveils music acts

Once a year, the beautiful and historic district of Downtown Leesburg transforms its streets and shops into a celebration of music and bikes. Every year the residents of Leesburg open up their hometown to people from around the country and this week Leesburg Bikefest has announced one of the main stage performers for the three-day festival

Buckcherry will be featured on the Main Stage from 10 to 11:30 p.m.  Friday April 28. Buckcherry is a hard rock band with several hits including, “Crazy Bitch,” “Lit Up” and “Sorry.” Lead singer, Josh Todd along with Stevie D on rhythm guitar, Kelly LeMieux on drums and lead guitar Billy Rowe are the current Buckcherry band members.

Gator Harley-Davidson in Leesburg will have live music, three full bars and food during Bikefest. Several other music venues will be providing entertainment throughout downtown Leesburg during the three-day festival.

Frank’s Place, 201 N. 1st Street in downtown Leesburg will feature Rock Hard, a central Florida band from 8 p.m. to midnight Saturday, April 29.
