Dolores Lamons of Leesburg, FL, went to be with the Lord on June 2, 2021.
Dolores was born on October 8, 1935, in Groveland, FL, to the late Allison and Kate (Tribble) Story. Dolores is survived by her sons, Steven Lamons Sr, Douglas Lamons, and son-in-law Garry Patterson; daughters, Marlyne Yates, Teresa Hyde; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, and a host of many family and friends.
Dolores is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Hoyt J. Lamons, her parents, and her daughter Darlyne Patterson.
A viewing will be held at First Missionary Baptist Church on Monday June 7, 2021 at 12:00 pm, followed by the funeral ceremony at the church at 1:00 pm. Internment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Leesburg, FL.
