David A. Lamberson, 71, of Leesburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on May 18, 2021 at Advent Health Waterman in Tavares, Florida surrounded by his loving family.

Dave was born on January 2, 1950 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to his parents Donald Dale Lamberson and Dorothy Eleanor (Moore) Lamberson. He was a buyer in the retail industry and retired from Wal-Mart after 21 years of service where he touched the lives of many through his commitment to fairness and high ethical standards.

Dave and his loving wife Becky moved to Leesburg 3 years ago from Rogers, Arkansas. He was of the Christian faith and attended GraceWay Church in Leesburg, Florida. He was also a very active member of Rogers First Church of the Nazarene in Rogers, Arkansas where he and Becky lived for 26 years. Together they made many friends and enjoyed spending time cultivating those relationships by volunteering, fishing, golfing and participating in church activities together.

Dave was also active in the Via-de-Cristo ministry where he shared his love of Christ with others. He had a lifelong passion for sports which included coaching his children and grandchildren.
