Beatrice M. “Bea” Dorsey, 64, Leesburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2020 at Cornerstone Hospice Care Center at Orlando Health in Orlando, Florida.
Bea was born on February 24, 1956 in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada to her parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stone. She was the Owner of Dorsey Trucking Industry. Bea and her husband moved to Leesburg 21 years ago from Stafford, Virginia and she was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of O.I.D.A. (Independent Owners/Operators Association. She was a very giving and kind soul to all who knew her.
Bea never met a stranger, she always left as a friend. Bea enjoyed going shopping, decorating her home and was an avid baker, but most of all loved being on the open road with her husband in their truck.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years: Robert Dorsey of Leesburg, FL; a son: Terry Mitchell and his wife Amber of Canada; three grandchildren: Morgan Mitchell, Josh Mitchell and Zackery Hickey. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ron Stone.
