A 22-year-old Leesburg man was killed early Sunday morning when his motorcycle crashed into a parked car.
Carlos Edgar had been riding 2007 Suzuki motorcycle at 12:03 a.m. on Yale Retreat Road at Old Chisholm Trail when he lost control and struck a 1995 GMC Sierra pickup truck, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He had not been wearing a helmet, the report noted.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
