On July 3rd the Lord called our beloved Mom, Lucy Ruiz Rivera, to her eternal restful place.
Lucy was at peace and cared for by family and hospital staff; we had just celebrated her 98th birthday. She was very happy and knew she was loved. Lucy lived a full life doing what she loved the most: cosmetology, cooking, singing in the church choir, gardening, serving others and being the business owner of a hair salon that she had until 2020.
Lucy loved her family, especially her handsome husband of 71 years, Pablito; her children, Pablo and Lucette; and her grandkids, Josiah, Hannah and Paul Konrad.
We are grateful to all of you that were part of her life and loved her as much as we did. May we keep celebrating and remembering her life by helping others in need.
