He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Clay dedicated 44 years of his career as a maintenance manager before enjoying a well-earned retirement. Outside of work, he had a passion for racing stock cars, watching Nascar, enjoyed hunting, and was happiest when he was behind the grill, surrounded by family and friends. Above all else, Clay treasured the time he spent with his loved ones and created countless memories that will be cherished for generations. He and his wife Barbara shared 35 wonderful years of marriage built on love, commitment, and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Nancy McGorman. His family will forever cherish his love, guidance, laughter, and the many memories they shared together.

A Celebration of Life to honor Clay’s memory will be announced at a later date. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate a life well lived and to share stories of the husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
