A woman in Groveland was arrested after allegedly cornering a Burger King customer during an altercation in line.
An officer responded to Burger King, located at 7989 SR 50, regarding a customer who had been attacked by 55-year-old Felicia Denise Bunker and a female juvenile around 8:25 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Groveland Police Department.

The customer advised that she was waiting in line when Bunker approached her. Bunker got in her face, screamed at her and repeatedly put her fingers extremely close to her face. The customer tried to back away, but Bunker followed her around the restaurant and eventually backed her against a wall, the report said.
Bunker told her that she worked for a bail bondsman and had no problem going to jail. Fearing for her safety, the customer pushed Bunker away. The juvenile then came from behind and struck the customer in the back of the head. The customer immediately ran out of the restaurant, got into her vehicle and called 911, the report said.
However, according to Bunker, the juvenile had gone inside to pick up a DoorDash order when the customer commented that she had cut in line. The juvenile returned to the vehicle to tell Bunker, who approached the customer to discuss the matter. She was only speaking with the customer and did not threaten, touch or attempt to get violent with her. The customer still pushed her and ran away, the report said.
But the customer’s husband saw his wife leave the restaurant while being chased by Bunker and the juvenile. The customer pushed Bunker, and the juvenile hit her in the back of the head. The husband positioned himself between his wife and the two females so she could get in their vehicle. Bunker made several racial remarks toward him and threatened to shoot him, although no weapons were seen at the time, the report said.
Surveillance footage corroborated the customer’s account, the report said.
Bunker was ultimately arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was booked at Lake County Jail and released after posting $1,000.
The juvenile was also arrested for battery, although her status is unknown.
