
Heather Connolly Fulse, passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 47. Born on January 19, 1979, in Trenton, Michigan, Heather made Florida her home at the age of 18, where she built a life centered around family, hard work, and giving back to others.
Heather was known for her generous heart and her passion for caring for those around her. She found joy in crafting, spending time with family and friends, and creating meaningful memories with those she loved. A true Disney enthusiast, Heather cherished visits to the parks and embraced the magic in everyday life. She also loved traveling and exploring new places, always bringing her sense of warmth and kindness wherever she went.
Her professional journey was a testament to her dedication and determination. Heather began her career at Taco Bell at just 16 years old, steadily working her way up through the years to become a Director of Operations. Her leadership, work ethic, and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on those she worked with.
Heather is survived by her beloved son, Drake (Dakotah) Towne; her parents, Edward (Jill) Connolly and Desri Kern; her siblings, Christopher (Christy) Connolly, Meghan (Mitchell) Mead, Jamie (Matt) Fieser, David Belknap, and Dustin Belknap; as well as her cherished nieces and nephews, Tyler (Alexis), Christopher, Isabella, Trevor, Madalyn, and Mallory. She will be deeply missed by her extended family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors in Eustis, Florida. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Eustis Christian Church, followed by a procession to Mount Olive Cemetery in Eustis.
Parking Information for Visitation
Parking for Hamlin & Hilbish will be in the parking lot across the street next to Lake Eustis Christian Church. There will be cones, a sign, and possible police assistance with crossing. For those unable to walk or needing additional assistance, there is parking in the back of the building with a ramp to assist getting into the building.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations to help offset funeral costs be made directly to the family (Meghan Mead via Venmo @Mitchell-Mead-23) in Heather’s memory.
Heather’s legacy of love, generosity, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
