Upon arrival, officers were told Cutler exited through the garden center and was leaving the property on a bicycle with a yellow backpack. She was now across the street, behind Pet Supermarket, located at 2263 Citrus Blvd. The officers were able to find her in the area of Tally Road and Tallybox Road, the report said.

They then detained her and found numerous items with the tags still on in her backpack. These included Depends adult diapers, men’s boxer briefs, a Crew t-shirt, fleece shorts, a hair clip, a bracelet, a pendant and three pairs of infant slip-on shoes. All $119.10 worth of merchandise was returned to the store, the report said.

The officers also searched Cutler’s person and a black bag that had been worn across her body. It contained three small clear baggies with a total of 1 gram of cocaine, as well as another baggie with 2 grams of marijuana, the report said.

A subsequent check of her criminal history revealed two or more prior convictions for theft, the report said.

Cutler was arrested on charges of retail theft (two or more prior thefts), possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana (less than 20 grams). The North Carolina native was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $4,500 bond.
