Ashleah Colleen Hayes, a vibrant soul known for the constant happiness she carried in her heart, passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 40. Born on April 25, 1985, in Rolla, Missouri, Ashleah lived a life defined by her hard work and her immense love for the people around her.

Ashleah was truly at home in the outdoors. Whether she was fishing, camping, or feeling the salt air of the ocean, she found peace in nature. She particularly cherished days spent kayaking and floating through natural springs with her beloved family and friends. Among the many beauties of the world, she held a special affection for sunflowers, which mirrored her bright and joyful spirit.

She is survived by a large and loving family, including her children, Kadence Grace Clark (Glenn Martin Stambaugh III) and grandson of Ashleah (Glenn IV), Joshua Colton Hayes, and her biological son, Miles Braden Wilkes. Her parents, Dennis and Michelle Hayes of Leesburg, family Jill and Dennis Bassette, Brian Faurote, her grandparents, Joan Ozment and Gene Heck of Leesburg, father of her children, Joshua Clark and many other extended family.

Ashleah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gary Ozment.

She will be remembered by all who knew her as a dedicated worker and a woman who loved people deeply. Her legacy of kindness and her “always happy” heart will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
