Donna Tracy Hedgepeth, beloved wife of Gilbert E. Hedgepeth, Jr., went home to be with her Lord on March 7, 2026. Born to Ethel and Nathaniel Tracy on January 9, 1945, Donna knew Kentucky as home before meeting Gilbert.
They celebrated 59 years of wedded life as perfect partners and enjoyed frequent vacations and cruising after relocating to Leesburg, Florida for retirement. Donna had been employed by H & R Block for many years and spent her spare time decorating their home and supporting pet rescue organizations.
She was predeceased by her parents, sister Bonnie Tracy Dykes, and niece Lori-Elizabeth Hedgepeth.
Left to cherish her memory are cousin, Catherine Baker; Brother-in-Law, Charlie Dykes; nephew, Jacob Duvè; nieces, Anne-Nicole Hedgepeth (Peter) Widell and Leigh Catherine Hedgepeth (Daniel) Deskins; grandnieces and grandnephews, Kelley Mildred Widell, Carl James Widell, Joshua Decker Deskins and Cadence Elizabeth Deskins; as well as, Brother-in-Law Robert Kelley (Linda Darden) Hedgepeth. She is greatly missed.
