A Clermont woman was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill her friend via text and showing up at her workplace to fight.

Officers responded to Domino’s Pizza, located at 240 Citrus Tower Blvd., regarding a verbal disturbance around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Clermont Police Department. Before arrival, units were told that the suspect, 28-year-old Dyshia Gillbrasha Williams, had left the scene to go to her job as a patient transporter at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital.

A friend of Williams told law enforcement that the two had been arguing over not wanting to be friends anymore. Williams then approached her at work at Zaxby’s and asked her to fight. She was not supposed to be there, as she had been previously trespassed, the report said.

The friend and a companion later got off work and decided to go to Domino’s for dinner. When they got there, they realized Williams had followed them. They all got out of their vehicles, after which Williams came up and asked to fight again, the report said.

Her companion added that Williams asked if they wanted “to die tonight.” Both she and the friend saw what looked like a gun in Williams’s waistband. The friend also showed an officer several threatening messages from Williams’s phone number, all about shooting and killing the pair. They feared for their lives and felt she had the means to kill, the report said.

The officers were able to find Williams at her place of work in the hospital, and she was detained around 11:30 p.m. During an interview, she advised that she, her friend and her friend’s companion had been arguing back and forth over text. She claimed she did not go to Zaxby’s because she was aware that she was not allowed there, the report said.

When asked how she ended up at Domino’s, she stated had only been there to get food, and she was not aware of the others. However, a search of her vehicle revealed an unopened sandwich from Publix and no food from Domino’s. She also stated her friend and the companion had been asking to fight her, and they were the ones who threatened her over text. She admitted to sending threatening messages in response, though, the report said.

These messages included threatening to shoot something and that she was going to kill because she was “done playing.” She denied having a gun, and no firearms were found in her vehicle, the report said.

Williams was ultimately arrested on charge of written threats to kill, with an additional charge for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon pending investigation. She was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $15,000 bond.
