HTea0 has closed its location at 914 N 14th Street in Leesburg, just over one year after opening.

The store officially opened its doors on July 13, 2024. That opening came nearly two years after Leesburg-News.com first announced it.

Although there are still roughly 150 HTeaO locations in operation across the country, when the Leesburg store opened, there were approximately eight in Florida.

HTea0 has closed its Leesburg location
The HTeaO in Leesburg is one of several that have closed in Florida.

According to the company’s website, there are now only two shops in operation in Florida (Lakeland, Fishhawk).

HTeaO replaced the previous Jeff’s Health Foods store, which was at the corner of North 14th Street and Citizens Boulevard, next door to Wolfy’s restaurant.

Although the tea store distinguished itself from other local coffee shops with its product offering, its location recently became steeped with competition.

7 Brew Coffee, which is situated across from Palm Plaza, is just a quarter of a mile from HTeaO.

Ellianos, a new coffee drive-thru chain that has been expanding throughout Marion, Sumter, and Lake counties in the past 18 months, just opened a new location this month that is less than a mile from HTeaO.
