Gerald Keith Pressley, II (76) passed away surrounded by his loved ones on April 23, 2025 in Leesburg, Florida. Jerry was born in Greenville, South Carolina on January 22, 1949 to his parents Gerald Keith Pressley, I and Kate Brown. He enjoyed traveling to historic sites, spending time with his family, and flying his drone.
Jerry was discharged from the Army as a Medical Lab SP5. During his time in the service, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. In civilian life, Jerry had a long career as an Epic Application Analyst in the (Superior Medical Tech Supervisor).
He is survived by his loving partner, Carol Westerhoff, step-mom, Rebecca Pressley, brother, Kenneth Pressley (Nancy), niece Valerie Feagin (Gary), nephew Jeremy Pressley, daughters, Kathleen Jenkins (Joe), Kimberly Lesnick (Gary), Jennifer Holmes (Patrick) and Wendy DePino, grandchildren, Brandon Jenkins, Katelynn Pressley, Allesandra DePino, Cody Weaver, Corie Weaver, Britt Holmes, Tyler Lesnick, and Kristen Lesnick, and 6 beautiful great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Keith Pressley, I and Kate Brown, his wife of 39 years, Sharion Pressley and grandson, Dylan Jenkins.
Visiting hours will be on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 West Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748 with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m., interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
