Jaylen Williams, a sophomore in business management at Beacon College, has qualified to compete in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association national track meet on April 26-27 in Springfield, Mass. at Hampshire College.

This is the school’s first-time qualifying to compete at the national track event.
From West Chester, Pa., Williams will be competing in the following events:
- Long Jump
- 100M Sprint
“The Beacon Blazers track and field program has excelled in our first official outdoor season in the USCAA. Jaylen has been putting in the hard work all season, and she’s excited to be competing in the USCAA National Track and Field Championship,” said Coach Tony Wrice. “There’s no greater thrill than watching our student athletes achieve something they’ve worked so hard for, and this is just the beginning!”
