Josie Lynn Wedell of Eustis, Florida passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 23.
She was born in Eustis, Florida to her parents Bradley and Kathleen Wedell on August 7, 2001. Josie’s smile lit up a room wherever she was. She loved making candles and being outdoors. Josie always put people before herself and was incredibly thoughtful.
Josie is predeceased by her father George Tucker.
Josie is survived by her partner Dom Houck; mother Kathy Tucker; siblings Jordan (Gabriel) Rivera, and Jury (Haley) Wedell; Grandfather James Byrd; nieces and nephews Valentina Rivera, Alyvia Rivera, Gabriel Rivera Jr., Eleanor Wedell, and Reece Wedell; along with Jennifer Houck and Bianca Rodriguez.
There will be a Memorial Service at Hamlin and Hilbish on Saturday January 4, 2025, at 3 p.m. Parking will be in the parking lot next to Lake Eustis Christian Church. There will be cones, a sign, and possible police assistance with crossing.
